At Faiza's Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a return.

Bridal wear and custom-made pieces (final sale)

Items that have been altered or tailored

Accessories including dupattas, jewellery, and clutches

Items returned after the 14-day window

Items showing signs of wear, perfume, or damage

How to Return

    Contact us at hello@faizasboutique.com or call +353 89 950 8906 to request a return authorisation.

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

    Ship the item to: Faiza's Boutique, 89/90 Parnell Street, Dublin 1, D01 Y0A3, Ireland.

    Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Your statutory rights under Irish consumer protection law are not affected.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order. For sizing questions before purchase, visit us in-store or WhatsApp us for guidance.
