These terms and conditions govern your use of the Faiza's Boutique website (faizasboutique.com) and any purchases made through the website or in our store at 89/90 Parnell Street, Dublin 1, D01 Y0A3, Ireland. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Faiza's Boutique reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing and product descriptions are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. Product images are representative; colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. South Asian garments may have minor variations in embroidery patterns, which is a hallmark of handcrafted quality.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed via our secure Stripe payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are your own and that you have sufficient funds. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or if items are out of stock. You will receive an order confirmation with your order number.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery across Ireland takes 3-5 business days and is free on orders over €100. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for €9.99. Orders under €100 incur a standard delivery fee of €5.99. We ship to Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK. International shipping may be available on request. 5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Bridal wear and custom-altered items are non-refundable. 6. Alterations Service

Our in-store alteration service is provided on a best-effort basis. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on complexity. Customers must collect altered garments within 30 days. Faiza's Boutique is not liable for damage to garments caused by pre-existing fabric weakness or wear. A consultation and fitting is recommended before any alteration work begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design elements, is the property of Faiza's Boutique and is protected by Irish and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Faiza's Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law.
