Visit

Come and see the cloth in daylight.

The boutique is inside Nimra Halal Foods at 89/90 Parnell Street, Dublin 1 — a short walk from the top of O'Connell Street. Bring the outfit you are matching, or nothing at all, and we will take it from there.

Getting here

Parnell Street, Dublin 1.

We are on the north side of the city centre, in the middle of the Asian quarter — the parade of shops, restaurants and groceries that runs from O'Connell Street towards Dominick Street.

On foot: a short walk from the top of O’Connell Street, and around the corner from Moore Street. The Luas Green Line stops at Parnell, on the same street.

By bus: city-centre routes run along O’Connell Street, a few minutes’ walk away.

By car: there is no parking at the door — this is a city-centre street. Multi-storey car parks are within a few minutes’ walk.

The entrance: the boutique is inside Nimra Halal Foods. Come in through the shop entrance on Parnell Street and ask for Faiza’s Boutique — you are in the right place.

Click & Collect

Order online, collect on Parnell Street.

Collection is free, and it is the fastest way to get something in your hands — usually within a couple of hours during opening times, because the stock is already on the premises.

  1. Order online and choose Click & Collect

At checkout, pick collection rather than delivery. Nothing is charged for collection — you are not paying a courier to bring a parcel across Dublin.

  2. We pick, check and press it

Orders are usually ready in 2 hours. If a piece needs a quick press or a final check first, we would rather take the extra few minutes than hand it over creased.

  3. You get the confirmation

The email comes from the shop (Faizaboutique110@gmail.com) and says the order is ready. If it has not arrived within a couple of hours during opening times, check your junk folder, then message us.

  4. Come to the shop

We are inside Nimra Halal Foods at 89/90 Parnell Street, Dublin 1. Bring your order number — it looks like FB-2026-000142 and it is at the top of the confirmation.

  5. Somebody else can collect

If a partner, a parent or a friend is coming instead, give them the order number and the name the order was placed under. That is all we need.

  6. If you are delayed, tell us

Orders wait for you rather than going back on the rail. If a week has turned into a fortnight, a quick message is all it takes to keep it aside.

Alterations

Dropping off, and collecting.

Alterations are done in the shop rather than sent away, which is why most jobs take days rather than weeks.

Alterations are priced per garment. Message the shop with a photograph and we will give you a figure before you carry anything across town.

  1. Bring the garment, and what you want changed

A hem taking up, sleeves shortening, a waist taking in, a full resize — say it in your own words. If the outfit is for an event, bring the shoes and the underskirt you intend to wear; both change the length.

  2. We look at it together and agree the price

Alterations are priced per garment, because a lined silk lehenga and a cotton kurti are not the same job. You will know the figure before anything is cut.

  3. Drop-off, and collect when it is ready

Work is done on the premises. We will tell you the day to come back for it, and you collect during opening hours — the same door you dropped it at.

  4. Try it on before you leave

Where a fitting is useful, try the finished piece on in the shop. A hem can still be moved a centimetre at that stage; once the garment is at home and worn out, it cannot.

Access

What we know, and what we have not verified.

This section is written the way we would want to read it: the facts we are sure of, and an honest list of the things nobody has measured yet.

Confirmed

  • The boutique is at 89/90 Parnell Street, Dublin 1 (D01 K302), inside the Nimra Halal Foods unit, with the entrance on Parnell Street.
  • Assistance dogs are welcome, as they are anywhere open to the public.
  • Staff will read out, write down and repeat anything you need — measurements, prices, care instructions. Ask, and it is no trouble.
  • If you would rather not queue or wait, message ahead and we will tell you the quietest time to come in that day.

Not yet verified

  • Whether there is a step at the entrance, and how high it is.
  • Door widths, and how much room there is to turn a wheelchair or a wide pram inside.
  • Whether there is somewhere to sit while you wait.
  • Accessible toilet facilities in the building.

We would rather say “we have not measured that” than have you arrive and find out. Send one message before you travel and we will check, or tell you plainly that we cannot accommodate something yet.

There is more detail on the accessibility statement, including how to raise a problem with the website itself.

See it in person

The cloth decides, not the photograph.

Colour, weight and embroidery all read differently in daylight. Call in — it is a short walk from O'Connell Street, and there is no appointment needed to browse.
