What this involves
If a size run does not fit you, we would rather make the garment than sell you one that does not. Bring the piece you like, or your own fabric, and we will take a full set of measurements — bust, waist, hip, shoulder, armhole, sleeve and length — and cut it in-house on Parnell Street. Semi-stitched suits are the quickest route: the kameez is already part-made, so we are finishing rather than starting from scratch. For anything heavily embroidered we will advise on which seams can be moved without disturbing the work.

Tell us what the garment is, what you would like changed or made, and the date you need it for. We will come back with a price, a realistic turnaround and anything we need you to bring in. Nothing is cut or ordered until you are happy with the quote.

Made to your specification, so it sits outside the 14-day right to cancel
The 14-day distance-selling cancellation right does not cover goods made to the consumer’s specification under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. A garment cut and finished to your measurements cannot be resold, so it is excluded from that right. This is why measurements and fabric are agreed in detail, and why we ask you to be certain before the cloth is cut.
None of this affects your rights if the work is faulty or not carried out with reasonable care and skill — in that case, come back to us and we will put it right. The full position, including the 14-day right that does apply to unaltered goods, is set out in the delivery & returns policy.
