Order online and collect from 89/90 Parnell Street, Dublin 1. We’ll notify you when it’s ready.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Every order is packaged with care in branded tissue paper and a protective garment bag. Bridal orders include premium packaging with a dust cover. We use recyclable materials wherever possible.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost. Standard delivery delays of 1-2 days beyond the estimate are normal during peak seasons (Eid, Christmas, etc.).
